Andrea’s Fat Free Chicken Mayo



Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts cooled

  • 2 Spring Onions

  • 1 tsp. Garlic

  • ½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper

  • 1 Large Gherkin

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 2 tbs. Fat Free Cottage Cheese

  • 2 tbs. Balsamic Vinegar


Method

Chop up and mix everything together, have it with a salad or on a rye bread sandwich.


1 Serving of Protein

With rye bread it will be 1 Protein & 1 Carb
