Andrea’s Fat Free Chicken Mayo
Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts cooled
2 Spring Onions
1 tsp. Garlic
½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 Large Gherkin
Salt & Pepper
2 tbs. Fat Free Cottage Cheese
2 tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
Method
Chop up and mix everything together, have it with a salad or on a rye bread sandwich.
1 Serving of Protein
With rye bread it will be 1 Protein & 1 Carb
